All of our gym members receive a complimentary assessment. We go through a workout together and evaluate: strengths & weaknesses, execute a bio-mechanical assessment, check cardiovascular floor and ceiling, etc.
We’ll also discuss:
-injury history, exercise history, specific goals, and specific timelines

Establishing your routine
Once you’ve undergone your assessment. Our staff will design an individualized workout program based on your focus and the number of times a week you’d like to train towards your goals. LSP is unique in the fact that we customize to whatever structure your life dictates.
For one example, we have clients that: train @ LSP 3 days a week, run outside 2 days a week, and swim 1 day a week. We assist in designing that program to ensure they’re being pushed and recovering at the appropriate intervals, to guarantee results and an injury free journey.

We offer an upbeat environment, some say Coach Billy is the best DJ in Western Pa. We have Strength Coaches staffed during all open hours to assist with:
-form
-nutrition questions
-spotters
-motivation
-or just to talk a little trash.
