**Who are our Coaches?

Coach Richard Reichenbach, Billy Larkins, Bennett Falce are our primary Coaches/Admin. They will be presents at: Practices/ Games/ Clinics/ Skill sessions. We will also have current and former college players assisting with position specific work for both the boys and girls teams.

**My athlete has never played lacrosse, but want’s to try it. Is your program a fit?

Absolutely. This is why we provide assessments and performance evals for each player. It enables our staff to work with players within their own skill sets, ensuring that they are comfortable, measuring they are seeing improvements all while providing an atmosphere where all players on the field are being developed.

Additionally, the tryouts are structured in a “clinic” format and are Free so new comers to the sport are welcome to come out and give it a shot.

**My athlete currently plays on our local school club team, is this too much?

Not at all. Through Larkins Sports Performance we work with many of the local club teams/players from the Seneca Valley, Mars, PR, NA, Butler, Plum, etc area’s. We appreciate all of the effort/work/opportunities provided by these grass root clubs and look to compliment their efforts in a cohesive fashion. Our program is founded on quality repetitions, consistent feedback to families, and a multi year development model that will foster your athlete on their lacrosse journey. We slow down in the Spring when school programs run the bulk of their development. This type of development opportunity will benefit an athlete regardless of where they play and their particular aspirations. It takes a village, so they say, and we’re excited to join the process!

**My athlete is 6 years old, do you have any opportunities for them?

Absolutely, myself and Coach Chris both have 6 year olds in the program. These athlete will practice and play with out 8 year old team. We can’t reiterate enough, the purpose of our program is to work with young athletes, teach the sport, build confidence and ignite the passion for multi year participation.

**I appreciate your scheduling, but is this rock solid?

Everything we can control is dialed in. If you’re new to this, or been around for a little bit, tournaments are subject to change for a variety of reasons on the tournament hosts end. Should this happen we would communicate right away. No matter what, your athlete will receive the number of tournaments/practice’s/development opportunities as advertised.

**I’m not sure I understand the practice only product, could you explain?

Sure. This product is designed for athlete’s to participate in quality reps, feedback and development opportunities with out games and travel. This was intended to provide development opportunities to athletes who are already on travel teams, but would like to take advantage of what we have to offer. Or for the new coming lacrosse player who wants to work on skill development and finding their passion for the game prior to committing to the game.

**If my athlete is new to the sport, will they still play in games?

Yes of course. This program is built to develop. Not only will your athlete play in games, you’ll be able to see a difference from tournament to tournament in their skill set, awareness and level of comfort. Our program is truly open to all skill levels, and we want to encourage people new to the sport to give it a shot!
