5 day Baseball Show Case Prep
We’re providing an opportunity to make sure you athlete is the best version of themself at their next Baseball Showcase.
Over 10 hours we’ll cover:
-Mobility/Injury prevention how/when/why we do things to set ourselves up for physical success. We’ll provide each athlete with their own personalized PDF of their unique preparation process.
-Assessment: Performance/injury: we’ll put you athlete through a performance and injury assessment giving us a baseline understand of who they are physically and what they need to work on to improve their showcase specific metrics. Each athlete will receive a week workout PDF customized to their specific needs.
-Mechanics: We’ll use video to asses their running and movement mechanics. We’ll use this biofeedback to improve their movement efficiency and improve their mechanics.
-Nutrition: We’ll spend a day on how to eat and plan for success. All athletes will build customized meal templates.
